For many of you this will be a handstand push-up workout. In that case, the pace of the row will be determined by how confident you are on the wall. It would be more beneficial for you to slow down a touch on the row if that means bigger sets on the wall. For those of you who are rockstars at this movement or who are completing a dumbbell or push-up variation, the pace of the row can likely be increased a touch.
On Sunday’s at CrossFit Helix, we do not run group classes. However, there is a coach present for the 2 hour window and a workout will be up on the coachboard. The coach is there to give you assistance whether you choose to do what is posted or something on your own.
