Even Minutes – 3 Deadlifts
Alternating back and forth between calories on the row and the barbell. You have a choice on loading today. This should be a weight that you can move well while still challenging yourselves. Also looking for these 3 repetitions to be completed without dropping on each round. No score today other than the weight used on the barbell.
