WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You do not need to be in good shape to start.
This program is designed for beginners!

  • ​Must be willing to come to our facility 3-4 days per week.
  • ​Are you willing to track your progress with before and after photos?
  • ​Must be motivated to get results.
  • Must be willing to commit to the entire 90 days. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all the hard work.
  • Do you have the willpower to follow a custom nutrition program? We give you the tools that you need to succeed. You just have to follow it.
  • This is not a “biggest loser” type program. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome. 
  • Do you really want to see the change? The coaches and I really want to see you succeed, but you need to want it more!   
  • Must leave your ego at the door. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we’ve all been through.
  • ​Are you respectful? You must respect the rules of the gym. The rules were created to protect our culture. The culture was created to give you the best possible experience.

Schedule Your No-Sweat Intro

Your No-Sweat Intro is a 15 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized 90 day experience. 

STEP 2

Follow Your Complete Nutrition Overhaul

Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We’ll monitor your progress every step of the way.

STEP 3

Starts With Personal Training

Joining a gym can be intimidating. That’s why you start your 90 day program with 1-on-1 training. This is the best way to get you beach body ready.

STEP 4

Join Our Group Classes or Continue with Personal Training

Our group classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we’re sure to have something that’ll make coming to the gym fun.

STEP 5

Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions

So you’re 30/60/90 days in and you’ve lost fat – now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.
