The CrossFit Kids & Teen programs utilizes the CrossFit methodology, applied in a scaled manner, that is suitable for children. We teach kids to love fitness by placing our emphasis on FUN – no two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored!
We deliver fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist.
Using a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to build strength and conditioning., we teach the 10 general physical skills, preparing them for any and all sports, and life!
Coach Brandie is a CrossFit Kids Trainer and will be leading the CrossFit Kids & Teens programs.
