Open Gym

Open Gym is a time that those athletes with an unlimited membership can come into the gym to workout, lift, practice skills, etc on your own. There will be a Coach on site, but the Coach will be coaching a class, conducting Elements or Private Training, or getting other work done.

Open Gym will take place in Helix Black. There will typically be a group class going on in Helix Blue during Open Gym times. Please do not disrupt the group classes going on during this time. You do not have to sign-up in advance to attend Open Gym like we require for group classes, but please note that group classes and any Elements sessions will take priority over equipment.

Share the space and equipment nicely with others and as always, please clean up all your equipment before you leave. All regular gym rules apply! You are on your own during this time and expected to use the space safely and responsibly.

What to Do During Open Gym:

  • Skill work: a great time to work on deficiencies without the pressure of a clock
  • Strength work: work on Olympic lifting technique
  • Make-up a missed WOD
  • Do your own WOD
