Kipping Pull-up Clinic

Efficient kipping pull-ups engage muscles in an endurance type of skill. They allow you to use the momentum in your movement to assist in lifting the body upwards, requiring less maximal strength and hypertrophy. Kipping pull-ups are useful for speed and are a great building block to higher level skills. They often allow you to perform more repetitions than you would otherwise be able to do.

It is recommended (but not required) you are able to perform 1-3 strict pull-ups to get the most out of the kipping pull-up clinic.

Butterfly Pull-up Clinic

Butterfly pull-ups are a great skill to have – especially for those who are competitive CrossFitters and chasing speed and quick turnover in a workout. The rep turnover is faster and because you’re spending less time on the bar, compared to the kip, there is less fatigue on your grip.

10 unbroken kipping pull-ups are a required prerequisite for the butterfly pull-up clinic.
