Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I was and still am a stay at home mother of 2 and was looking for something just for me. I needed to improve my fitness and have a hour to just focus on myself. I fell in love with CrossFit and the rest is history!
Why did you become a trainer?
Chris and Jamie came to me with an offer that was difficult to pass up. They wanted to bring CrossFit Kids to the gym and wanted me to head it up. I love coaching the kids and seeing the amazing confidence it brings to them.

Clean and Jerk
What is your favorite cheat food?
Beer and pizza!
