Step #1: Schedule a No Sweat Intro
The first step in getting started is coming in for a Free “No Sweat” Intro. During this 15-minute session you’ll get a tour of our facility, learn more about who we are and what we do, have all your questions answered, and tell us all about your goals and work alongside us to find the best plan to achieve them.
Step #2: Choose Membership
Step #3: Complete Elements Course.
Elements is a two course series that covers the basics of CrossFit. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class. Your CrossFit journey begins in our Elements class and we take great pride in helping our athletes to achieve good mechanics! Learning and mastering the elements of CrossFit can be the difference in being a good athlete and a great athlete.
We require all of our members to complete Elements (except those who can demonstrate they have completed a similar program and/or have significant CrossFit experience) so they can safely head into our group classes.
Classes can be scheduled at your convenience on dates and times that work best for you and our coaches.
