Step One: Schedule Your No-Sweat Intro
This is a FREE 15-minute, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and determine the best path of success to meet your goals! It’s a great way for you to see if our box is a good fit for you! We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, programs, and pricing.
Step Two: On-Ramp
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to CrossFit Helix is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular CrossFit Helix classes. On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions, learn and get some great workouts in before transitioning into our regular classes or whichever program you and your coach think is the right fit for you. Sessions are scheduled at your convince between you and your Coach and are done as one-on-one sessions.
As you work through the five consecutive sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. We also include a 30-minute nutrition consultation with our Nutrition Coach!
