“Brand new to CrossFit.”
If you’re new to fitness and especially CrossFit, those are probably 4 very scary words.
We get it. We really do.
You know you need to make a change and get healthy, but just thinking about starting something this new is already making your heart race.
You’re nervous wondering what the workouts will be like, if you’ll be the most out of shape person in the gym and if you can even survive the first workout.
You’re definitely not the first one to have these thoughts running through your head, but us saying that doesn’t make it any less scary, either.
So don’t take our word for it. Take it from our members!
Darby has been a member of CrossFit Helix for just over 4 months now. Here’s what she has to say about her experience so far:

I have been going to Helix for about 6 months. I truly appreciate the community that is within Helix that makes you feel like part of the team. Darby and Devin took the hardest step of all by just walking through our doors and starting with a casual conversation about their goals.
After that, we took it from there; we gave them a plan and they did their part by putting in the effort and showing up every single week.
They’ve gotten stronger, more fit and more confident. And being healthier and happier with some new friends along the way is a nice perk, too!
